About us
Univercity dorm situated on the outskirts of Bolzano. The dorm is a modern structure built in 2009 that can host up to 148 students. The dorm is part of the province managed dorms that accomodate students and interns studying in Bolzano.
The apartments and common areas provide all necessary services for a comfortable and self sufficient living. Recreational activities are possible in the surrounding parks and sports areas.
Our Common Areas
The terrace offers a great way to enjoy some fresh air and sun, of which there is plenty in Bolzano. With 3 tables and benches, it can accommodate large gatherings. The entrance to the terrace is through the common kitchen, which makes it ideal for having a meal in the open.
Also known as the common room, here you will find casual entertainment for student hangouts. Equipped with a large TV and some couches, it's ideal for watching movies or sports.
For more active games, students use the kicker to play.
The gym is equipped with the basic machineries to provide opportunity for workouts. Situated on the -1 floor, access to the gym is restricted to residents, without time limits.
The music room is a favorite for students of musical conservatorio and provides an isolated space where you can practice your instruments.
The multipurpose room is a large space equipped with a projector and a big screen. It is commonly used as an alternative for movie nights, events or other gatherings.
The kitchen offers two stoves with 4 cooking plates and one oven for baking. There are 2 microwaves and 2 fridges to keep your food fresh.
From the kitchen you can directly access the terrace and have the meal out in the open.
The study room is a very open space with lots of light. The space is regularly used by students to study for exams or group projects.
Our Rooms
Univercity offers only single rooms in personal or shared apartments.
The students assigned apartments with two rooms will share the kitchen and bathroom space. All apartments are furnished with standard utensils such as fridges, cooking plates, microwaves etc. The rooms have all necessary furniture and equpiment for comfortable living.

Our Events
Aperitivos are organized once in a semester and provide a great opportunity to mingle with fellow residents. There are student prices for bevarages and plenty of music to keep the evening going.
The monthly brunch is always on a Sunday and offers great coffee from the caretaker. Cook a dish, take a mug and enjoy the lively conversations that make you feel like home.
